We stayed in November 2017 the first room we got had a busted lock on the door and wouldn’t shut properly we reported it to the reception and she quickly gave us another room that was lot better, the location of the hotel was perfect in many ways for one it was on the direct route for Venezia which took about 10 min if that due to the speed of the bus num4 also there is a supermarket and McDonald’s next to the hotel again their is a bus direct from the airport that stops outside the hotel the only downfall the bus doesn’t run early in the morning on weekends so might need a taxi if you are on an early flight overall I would say a great place great location and value for money would definitely recommend.

We had this hotel booked a a package holiday. Very good and very clean. Bathroom is very bvery tiny with very small triangle shower cubicle. Breakfast was good. Lots of varieties to choose from. Number 4 bus from outside hotel goes direct to Venice city and it cost €1.50 per person one way. We also took boat ride for €7.50 & Airport to hotel cos €12 each as we didnt know there was a cheaper bus to venuce city. Its not a 4star hotel at all. They dont have iron or ironing board and they dont have kettle in rooms either. They leave plastic glass in bathroom.

Spent two nights here prior to joining ship for Med cruise! Comfortable bed, nice restaurant. Bus stop right outside for local bus into Venice! Very helpful staff, couldn't do enough for us on departure for Venice port. Ordered taxi for us and were really pleasant.

We recently returned from staying at this hotel and had no complaints, staff were friendly, rooms nice and clean etc, breakfast ok you can always find something to eat, however don't expect a full English breakfast, but why should you, you are in Venice not the UK. It is very easy to get to and from Venice on the local bus which stops opposite, much cheaper than staying in a hotel in the centre of Venice. Contrary to what everyone says, you can find some cheap, reasonable, nice places to eat in Venice itself just check the drinks menu before you go in. On arrival at the train station we didn't like the look of some of the bad guys hanging around eyeing up the new arrivals, so we took a taxi to the hotel, it was only 10 euros and well worth it. To get back to the airport we just jumped on the local bus, it cost 12 euros each. Be warned, the bus stop for the airport bus is a good 10 minutes walk from the hotel, as you come out the hotel turn left and just keep walking along the road, keep to the same side as the hotel and the bus stop is in front of a green Bank, can't remember the name of the bank but the reception staff will be able to help.

Good location not far from railway station and bus stop outside to Venice. I was pleased with the room size and comfort. Restaurant satisfactory - they add on a seating charge ! Staff helpful enough. I was expecting cooked breakfast but it was just bacon scrambled egg and no toast available.

Room Tip: on the 4 th floor and I found it quiet
