Good place to rest and relax after a day of walking in the Dolomites. Good service in the restaurant and bar. Good range of breakfast food and Interesting evening meals.Our junior suite was spacious and cleaning to a high standard.The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the Spinale cable car and resort amenities.There was also a hotel shuttle bus should we have needed it.We used the spa a couple of times on those days when we had late afternoon thunder storms.

This hotel is conveniently located for accessing all the local ski areas and the hotel provides mini bus transport to whichever area you choose to ski to/from in the town (5 mins journey in most cases). Just ring the driver up and he will collect you after a tiring day on the slopes. Town is approx a 10 minute leisurely walk away.
Our room was very spacious and modern and had a 'walk in wardrobe'.
The food is a la carte' and is of an exceptionally high standard. We ate in an annexed style dining area for adults only which was perfect. Breakfast was relatively simple but adequate for the slopes. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is immaculate throughout and has it's own ski room for equipment etc. The ski area is superb with long wide runs for all skill levels.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we plan to return in the very near future.

New modern hotel with tasty breakfast snd very good service. The only negative point for us was that our kids 10-y were not allowed to use sauna and after 6pm not also the pool. As we mostly did long hikes and were back after six, the kids were disappointed not to be able to take a swim. Otherwise no complaints.

We booked this hotel via Thomson, and were very impressed with our choice. We arrived very late (2am), and were met by a lovely man, who we took to be the manager, with some food waiting in our room. The holiday included dinner each night for a week, and the standard was very high. Everything tasted so good, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool was great, and much appreciated during a hot week. The location is ideal for the town centre, cable cars etc, everything in walking distance. There were no chairs on the balcony, but we just used the ones from the room.

Room Tip: All rooms have balconies, but some are on the rear of the building which don't have such a good view.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Just a short walk from most lifts, and the shuttle service could not be faulted.

We stayed in a double room, which was cleaned to a incredibly high standard. However, the beds clearly needed replacing as they were sagging in the middle from use. There was no welcome pack, which was the first time i've ever stayed in a hotel without one, and we had to play with the skylight remote to get the instructions from Polish to English. There was also a internal temperature gauge, but from playing with the controls, it appeared to do nothing? There was also nowhere to sit in the room, which was strange (and explains why the bed was so used!).

I want to echo what other visitors have said about breakfast. It is poor. We had no idea you could order hot food until the 3rd day when we asked the staff were the other guests were getting eggs from. There is no menu on the table and the staff did not explain the options at all. But the pastries etc. were all very tasty.

If you are a vegetarian, you will no options for dinner. But dinner was (on the whole), some of the nicest food i've ever had in Italy - always very inventive and always delicious! We would've liked to know how much the other drinks cost, there was no drinks menu (apart from a wine list) on the table. The evening meal staff were exceptional - cannot fault them. They remembered our preferences and were warm and welcoming.

The pool/spa area was very nice, having it adult-only after 6pm was a nice bonus, although it did not seem enforced frequently.

The wifi on the 4th floor was also shockingly bad. Luckily we didn't really need it during our stay, but if you advertise free wi-fi, it really should work everywhere.

On the whole, there is room for improvement, but the staff seem to genuinely care about your experience, feedback and about the hotel. We would stay again.
