Recently stayed at the Naxos Beach for a week. I would not rate this hotel as 4 star. Its a big sprawling hotel with 3 pools. We stayed in the main building but there are also blocks of rooms in the gardens. Our room was clean but very dated . No luxurious elements anywhere, very low uncomfortable bed . Our room was over one of the bars and we were kept awake with noise and singing every night. We also found the staff in general unfriendly especially the bar staff who were rude. There was‘nt a comfortable seat in the bar and the last few nights we went to the Hilton nearby for a drink in the evening as we could not face going back to our hotel bar.As the weather was not great when we were there we found this hotel sadly lacking to spend time in.

After a difficult start, these 10 days spent in this idyllic setting were wonderful. My wife, my son and my self stayed in a Villa Massaro.

Paolo, the front office manager had the idea to propose the formula Blue Naxos. We were delighted to discover the casa del massaro, the stella di mare restaurant, and much more.

The person (a lady whose I forgot the name) who welcomed us every night, was always elegant, polite and friendly to all guests. A real professionalism. I congratulate all members of the animation and sports staff for their work and attitude towards the clients.

Francesco, the guy who is responsible for swimming. My son Gabriel was very happy to learn swimming with him. A very great guy.

We will come back next year but we will stay longer and attend 15/08 festivities.

Best regards,

Olivier

Stayed here Sept '16 and was really impressed. We got upgraded to this all inclusive hotel and had no complaints. Our experience of the few all inclusives we have been to in the past is that drinks can be pretty awful (and watered down). The wine here was excellent as were the rooms and facilities. There's a 50 metre pool, although this was largely unused in September. Would definitely stay here again. All staff were great particularly the waiters.

We recently had a holiday at the Naxos Beach Parco in Sicily the hotel was very clean along with the bungalow we stayed in, the most outstanding experience we had was the attention we got when going into the restaurant in the evening with the waiters in particular - Andreas and Camello they were really attentive. We talk our son, daughter, son-in-law and 3.5 year old granddaughter. We are still talking about it. We all had a brilliant time. It was great to be recognised by so many of the restaurant and to make new friends of Salvador and Daniela. A smile everywhere. Weather was good and the food and drink beautifully cooked. Wasn't too keen on the organist (the guitarist last year was better). The granddaughter loved the evening entertainment especially the production of the Little Mermaid. She still talks about it and the turtles outside of reception. The son and I enjoyed our trip up Etna and the visit to the honey shop. Will we go back again......yes. Thank you to all the staff and the hotel
