Stayed there 2 nights and found the room delightful with a view of the sea. Beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the bathroom adequate. It was possibly in need of a remodel but we prefer the older look. The only slight issue was the room key which was a real key on a giant fob which was weird. The elevator was slow but it's an old hotel. We would stay there again as the ambiance was charming.

Room Tip: get a sea view room as opposed to a parking lot view

I came as part of a group, then stayed on a few nights. It was out of season so the place was almost empty. The room was comfortable, a little tired, but lacked sound proofing to adjacent rooms, which was a problem for a couple of nights. The room had a nice balcony and a great sea view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant did a good breakfast while the group were in, but it was almost non existent after they left, and the main meals were at best average. Drinks were very expensive. I had a good stay overall, but it could be much better.

As part of a group tour at the end of the season it was hard to imagine what the resort would be like in Summer. The room we had was adequate but we had to move because of a noise in the heating duct. The second room was much better but the noise was the same.... ear plugs solved the problem !
Our main issue was the food, it is really difficult to cook an evening meal that badly. The veg was soggy the meat/ fish was over cooked ... only the pasta was palatable.
Huge thanks go to the barman who managed to deal with a large number of people single handedly.
In short a hotel to be avoided.

Room Tip: A sea view room with a balcony.

We were with a group at this property for three nights. It’s a good location on the water but the hotel is old and the meals were average. The WI-FI needs a lot of improvement. The staff was friendly and we had a good stay.

The only reason why this hotel did not score higher than average is because we visited at the end of the season which meant it was quite quiet and lacking in Buzz.
Otherwise it was Very Good! Great clean room with uninterrupted sea view. The beach is immediately beside the hotel terraces - hand for a stroll or swim in the sea. The Outdoor swimming pool is great. Close to nearby shops and restaurants. Very handy for €2 return bus trip to Taormina without the hassle or worry of car parking! Great breakfast. Small bar. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
