Can't say enough about how immaculate the hotel was from reception to room to adjoining restaurant and a staff that aims to make the perfect stay. For short or long term stays it works great with the new mall across the road and close enough to all there is to see. For one that is familiar with the hotel rates throughout Italy, and the hit or miss accommodations you find, I was actually surprised the rates were as low as they were. If you want a true romantic adventure you must try one of the luxury suites that have a balcony, I swear was larger than my last house, for a beautiful view of the surrounding areas and Abbey.

We stayed here for 3 nights 2 adults 1 child... we would normally stay with family but due to a family party there where too many of us so this hotel was one of the closest to the family home... it cost 285 euros for B&B... The hotel is of boutique style very clean... checkin was simple but we had to ask all the questions where the room was? what time was breakfast? obviously his english wasnt good but it comes across as very rude... as he didnt even try!!!! luckily my husband speaks Italian so he conversed with him....The room was spacious... bathroom adaquate shower was small but powerful.... toothpaste and toothbrush showergel ect provided BUT no tea coffee making facilities or iron or ironingboard? there was a fridge in the room... and good aircon safe and again adaquate wardrobe space. The next morning we got up for breakfast I wish we never bothered VERY poor... it was 9.30am we were obviously the only people in the hotel the breakfast room wasnt even set up.. the guy on reception followed us in asked us if we wanted a coffee and started getting bottles of juice out... little cakes and yoghurts we stayed 10minutes and left hence we didnt bother getting up the following days....we have stayed in numerous hotels in Italy and this is NOT normal...On our last night we arrived back at the hotel at 10pm to the restaurant next door where a party was being held and a DJ playing VERY loud music we got in bed and it was getting louder and louder in the end my husband had to go down to reception and complain they did turn it down but we didnt get to sleep till after midnight bearing in mind we have a 10year old...if they knew this was happening they should of put us in a different area of the hotel ... as said pevious this hotel did us for what we needed not really good value for money though VERY AVERAGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
