We stayed there for a couple of nights. The rooms were very narrow and furnish with furnitures2-3 decades ago they need renovation urgently. The bathroom with no shower equipment and no water at all during rush hours. The breakfast very poor with plastic food nothing fresh nor tasty and 3/4of an hour away from Naples

Old miserable small rooms. The single beds are so narrow that you must not try to flip side cause you will end up on the floor....the lobby is just ok and the limited breakfast didnt offer some healthier choices. Be aware of the rooms in the 1st floor near the breakfast area cause you will wake up at 6 by the breakfast preparation noises...

Stayed here as part of a Preferred Travel tour recently & booked a twin room . The room provided had a double bed & a bed settee which my husband states was horrendous . He could not sleep as the springs were sticking into him . As we were only staying 2 nights we didn't bother to complain . The hotel provides adequate breakfast but not evening meals. It is in a good location for the train station & the Royal Palace

Hotel Europa provided a clean, friendly and efficient home for me during a recent business trip to Caserta. The rooms and decor may seem somewhat dated, but it is spotlessly clean, well-run and has a friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, and much more than expected for Italy where breakfast is usually a small--and stand-up--affair.

I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel Europa in Caserta, what I was expecting was a nice and fine 4stars hotel, instead i found it quite shabby: the building from the outside is not that nice, kind of old and sad, and the room was definitely a 2stars hotel room.
Very little bathroom with a small shower (and kind of dirty) and a tiny bedroom with dirty sheets, a not-working fridge and a balcony(shared with all the 1st floor rooms) with a view on nothing. At the breakfast there was no choice for a salty breakfast (no scrambled egg, no bacon..just some cheese and salami...cmon).
Eventually i slept well but I'm giving just 1/5 for the hotel management for not being honest with the customer...The picture uploaded are not realistic. You can not sell something when it's the opposite.
I'll never go back to hotel Europa in Caserta.
