Only stayed one night. Hotel is a 10 min walk from the centre which is great. The room was small but with all the essentials, including a kettle....a small note, non decaf coffee wld be nice too! You can park for free just outside the hotel and receptionist was a very friendly and helpful young girl. The only really negative point was the breakfast. The tables were all dirty and the empty food plates were not replaced. There was also a neverending queue for the coffee machine. No waitress came to take our coffee order. They seem to rely completely on the machine. Not good enough in my opinion for a busy 4 star hotel.

Hotel is not easy to locate without a GPS but once you know where it is, it is easy to come and go into town on nice sidewalks. On the way into town take the side ramp after the tunnel and climb up to the castle for a wonderful 360-degree view of Brescia, a delightful town not yet well known to foreign tourists. Town is full of squares surrounded by old churches and many fine places to eat are abundant. Restaurant below the hotel was good but not part of the hotel and is where a very nice breakfast buffet is served. The reason I did not rate it excellent is the exercise room did not have an exercise bicycle that I usually use for my workouts, but it did have good free weights and other equipment but no water or sanitary wipes.

The Best Western Master is great place to stay. It's close to old town Brescia and the Castle. It's easy to access by Metro from the train station. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Services are many. An extra-charge breakfast buffet is offered every morning, as well as a Sunday afternoon lunch buffet. Both are excellent and feature local cheeses and meats. Lots of high tech features in the rooms, perfect for a button-pusher like me.

Classy hotel just a short walk to the City centre and 'old Brescia' with great cafes, restaurants, shopping and culture - bellissimo! V friendly staff, nice surroundings, very comfortable bed, nice bar with all day service and friendly staff. Definitely the place to stay in Brescia.

The Hotel is quite average and cannot boast of any thing great. The Buffet was very good and you get truly Italian Cuisine. The bar is very small and can hardly accommodate 10 people. The Air conditioning in the room is really bad and at times you wonder it is working or not. Also the shower cubicle is too small ( 3x2) and you need to do a circus while bathing.

Room tip: Choose a room in higher floor as the noise level can be less.
