This is a very interesting place. First if you don't speak a little Italian you'll get by by pointing. The food is awesome. We arrived in time for dinner and she cooked a 4 course traditional meal. Don't eat lunch, or eat very little, these portions are large. The have wine on site but if you bring your own it's OK too. We stayed one night. We flew into Pisa and rented a car, then drove to this place. We had a Garmin for help, if you don't have one, get a good map. As you drive here the road narrows and you think you've gone too far. But, at the top of their driveway is a very small wood sign pointing down hill. The B&B is quite far down. The rooms are decked in period decor, quite comfortable. The bathroom is in the hall way so you have to take turns. But with planning not a problem. The couple we were traveling with made life easy.

Since we got in late, 6 pm and it was getting dark and we had little time to explore. In the morning however we did look around before heading to Venice. The place is truly a farm. If you have the time, and we didn't, another day would have been very nice. The price for 4 of us was 250 Euro, which included rooms, dinner, breakfast, and a couple bottles of very nice wine. Well, worth it.
Yes I would come back,"now I know how to find it" ha ha
We were here on the 29th of September, 2015
Wyo

Room Tip: Have a good map, there are stairs but not steep.
