We went there on a school trip but it suited us for the trip . I wouldn’t recommend for family holidays as the place was mainly full of school kids . The accommodation on the other hand was very average and basic enough to suit a few teenages but not a family . There’s a nice garden area to play games during the day . The food on the other hand could use improvement as it was pasta every day ! . We also found ourselves to be trapped in their lofts a few times which isn’t good if your claustrophobic or get nervous in lifts ! The hotel is a good distance from the slopes only a 5 minute walk which is perfect location ! Overall this hotel was very average

Room Tip: Wouldn’t recommend if your a beginner although they do have baby slopes it’s mainly red runs in...

Totally unclean and Norovirus rife in this place - many kids and adults being sick

Food awful- no veg or salad - same at every meal and breakfast from a packet !

    Rooms with no windows

I recently stayed in this hotel during a ski trip with school. The hotel is located in a practical area: around 10 minutes from the centre of the town of Bardoneccia and approximately 5 minutes from the slopes. The hotel provides guests with a kit locker only a short distance from the slopes. Overall the facilities provided are satisfactory and there are many forms of entertainment in the evenings such as; quiz nights, film nights and karaoke. Meals are provided in the dining hall three times a day, in the form of an all you can eat buffet: the food being basic, but edible and there are many options including vegetarian choices.

The rooms are a comfortable size, having up to five beds in them, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, bath, bidet and sink. The are many plug points located around the rooms as well as large wardrobes. WIFI is not provided in rooms but is available in the many communal areas such as; the bar, where you are free to buy drinks and snacks throughout the day and evening, the games room, the theatre and the dining hall.

    However....
The staff are often difficult to find in the huge hotel and some were unwilling or reluctant to help (on one occasion, a child from another travelling party vomited on the floor in the communal area - one child walked through it, another slipped and fell in it - when I attempted to inform a member of staff they replied that they weren't going to clear it up and referred me to the reception, who were as equally unhelpful,; when it was eventually cleared up it wasn't cleaned properly).

The hotel security system is poor, young teenage girls were repeatedly harassed by adult males who continuously knocked on our doors and made us feel unsafe.

Shower doors fell off in two rooms, which happened repeatedly depsite poor attempts to repair them. Just sitting on the bed caused the slats to collapse and the legs to bend inwards.

Overall basic and just about bearable.

I came to this hotel as part of a school trip and I would not recommend this hotel at all! If you want a trip where teenage girls get harassed by foreign boys, rude staff, very dated facilities, HUGE hotel that isn't ran well at all - some of the male (teenage) staff were roomed between a full corridor of young girls and were very noisy when they came off shift and then proceeded to disrupt our girls - not appropriate at all. Rooms are very basic and one of the beds broke when I student rolled over when we lifted the mattress there were slats of the bed missing.

If I was coming here with a family I would keep my kids by your side at all times better yet don't choose this hotel take your custom else where.

Room tip: Be prepared for a bad experience

All you can hear all night till 12am is awful karokee in your room. It's impossible to sleep. If you do stay here make sure you bring sleeping meds and noise cancelling headphone unless all you want to do is party and not sleep.
