The 6 of us arrived exhausted after a long travel day, plunked ourselves down in the lobby, begged the wonderful hotel receptionist for a drink, and Hany put himself at our service. He poured wine, he made gin and tonic, he cooled more beer, he parked the car for us, he made dinner recommendations, he could NOT have been more helpful, and we will always remember his kindness and warmth.

The hotel is a lovely wee spot as well, the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. It is a BIT difficult to find (thanks for GPS) as it's tucked away, but well worth it, as the location is ideal. Driving a 9 pax van in this town is best avoided, but we managed!

Ascoli Piceno is wonderful, clean and walkable, architecture is terrific. We hope to return one day, and will stay at Hotel Residenza 100!

Secluded in a side street close to the center of town, but far from city noise. Parking is available on the lot. Very nice, friendly reception with helpful advice. Very tasteful decor. Good breakfast, no restaurant.

Room Tip: Quiet, comfortable, beautiful double room on the back of the building, so no disturbances. Everything you need or could ask for is there.

Good hotel in excellent location with private parking which was essential for us. We had a very comfortable room. The manager and staff were extremely kind and helpful when I was ill. Can't recommend it highly enough.
