The center of the city will surprise you. It is a charming historical place with an interesting history. Definitely worthy exploring it.

Very atypical town in Liguria. There are no rocks, no mountains, no hills. Very Italian place with not so much foreign tourists with typical and authentic atmosphere. Lot of pleasant restaurants, fantastic ice cream and several supermarkets. There´s plenty of monuments and this town is magical notably at night! Old town is a fantastic place. I must say that bathing in the sea is by far not the best in Liguria but you get used to...If not, there is so much possibilities to bath in neighbor localities...

It is a very storical, unique part of Albenga. Narrow streets and roman architecture were very impressive. The restaurants and bars full of people created a nice Italian atmosphere! There were also small markets of handmade things inside! We liked this place!

The well preserved walled city is a treasure trove of tall towers and awesome churches, and it also encloses countless restaurants, bars, boutiques, open-air art galleries and a unique naval museum displaying the rests of a Roman ship that sunk probably two thousands years ago carrying wine amphoras from the South
