was here with a supplier of mine.
it took a bit before somebody took our order, almost to long. but ... they made it up.
we had the tartare de boeuf made with their local beef called 'fassone' and the famous white truffle of alba on top of it... 9/10.
and than i had a pasta, i think they called it tajarin (very thin tagliatelle kind of pasta made with eggs) with a kind of 'sugo al ragù'.
i've had a lot of italian food and pasta in my life, but this is one that i will always remember ! one of the best pastas i've had in my life !!! this was a 10/10 for me, i would eat it again right now even if i've just had dinner 1 hour ago !
