The hotel's location provides a very nice view of the sea and mountains. It has varied activities that meet different tastes. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, providing everything that is needed. The surrounding is calm and we enjoyed a nice walk in the fields in the morning. Breakfast was however not very tasty.

We went to Batroun Village Club with our 2 year old in June. The location is amazing, the place is very spacious with a lot of green areas. We booked a cave, which had an excellent sea view and a private big garden with a pond and a bridge. The cave needed some maintenance especially in the bathroom, but is was ok. We visited the kids play area which was a deserted room with some scattered old toys and no staff. We tried to book a horseback riding session but there was no one in sight. The Sunday buffet was somewhat a bad experience, the food serving tables were overcrowded, the wait was too long, and the food quality average. However, the kids entertainment was good. It was still too cold to swim in the pool so we didn't try it, but it looked clean and nice. Overall, the place is nice for a weekend getaway, calm and relaxing, but the experience would be far better if the staff showed a little more interest in their customers, and if the place would be renovated.

We reserved a cave for 2 nights for a family of 3. The cave looked nice, but there was only one AC in it which did not cool the whole place. Moreover, when we called the reception to ask for an extra pillow coz there were only 2 pillows. .she said we don't give extra pillow.. how can a resort that is this famous do not offer an extra pillow! And plus the night was for $330! In addition, the cave wasn't that clean we found dust...
The restaurant service was good but it closes at 10 pm. .which is too early...as it is the only restaurant present in the club. We therefore cancelled our second night and checked out.. coz it's really not worth!

We booked 1 room and 1 mini suite for a weekend hoping to see a marvellous place, and hotel service due to the high level of price, we were disappointed because only the view and the nature are marvellous, the pool and sports area are average, the service and food are awfull. The facility maintenance is absent since more than 2 years i guess:
1 - absence of cleanliness in all rooms
2 - inside the bath: poor hot water, old-not working shower, corrosion everywhere
3 - air conditioning not working properly and noisy
4 - fridge too noisy (we were obliged to shut it down to sleep)
5 - TV remote control not working, the phone device not much better
6- Room service not available (absolutely)
7- food in the restaurant is over priced due to poor quality served, no taste, no presentation.
8 - the furniture needs urgent maintenance by a carpenter
