“Family friendly country cottage.”
Reviewed 7 January 2017 for a stay in January 2017

We had a lovely stay in this family and dog friendly cottage. We were greeted by Nigel Alison and their dog cassie, who live next door. Wonderful welcome with tea coffee milk, biscuits and fruit. This cottage was short of nothing you could need, warm and comfortable, with an enclosed garden for the dog, brilliant games room, although it was too cold at this time of year to take full advantage of this room. We did have a couple of happy hours playing darts and pool, there was a wealth of board games that we took over to the cottage to play in the evenings. The hot tub was great in the evenings.
It is in a wonderful spot for touring round North Wales, we would highly recommend to others and will return ourselves.
The local pub the Bee Inn had friendly staff and fantastic food.

Liked best: The conservatory was perfect for sitting in the mornings before going out and in the evenings just to chat.
Liked least: Husband kept bumping head on low doorway into TV lounge (not owner's fault but the design of old stone cottages).

“Fabulous cottage set in the beautiful peaceful countryside”

Had a lovely holiday here this week, fantastic cottage with so much to offer, great location to relax in & easy reach to many attractions. Alison & Nigel the owners, really make it a home from home and their welcome package really is exceptional. The cottage is like a tardis and we were really pleased with the choice of rooms, especially the bright conservatory. The added extra games room is great and gives you plenty to do in the evenings. The garden is beautifully landscaped and we loved watching the different array of birds coming to the bird feeder. Alison and Nigel are lovely people and Cassie the dog is adorable. Will definitely be telling all our friends about it and hopefully returning on our next holiday.
