The property was clean and well presented. It has lovely views over south east Cornwall's hills and is near enough to the A38 to get to any where in south east Cornwall's beaches within 25 minutes. Sara was very helpful. Milk, tea and shortbread were waiting for us when we arrived after a longish journey.

We booked this in a bit of a hurry for a short break for my wife and I. Not expecting too much we were very pleased when it turned out to be excellent. It is at the end of the village away from the A38 and is very quiet. The garden is nice and secluded and screened from the landlords house. We didn't use the bunks but they are full size and would be ok for adults. There is a village shop five minutes walk away and a pub which has good food. We needed easy access to Plymouth and also to the countryside of the Tamar valley and it was good for both.
