We had a group breakfast there and were very impressed by the food selection and quality. Delightful mushrooms and veg selections and good coffee. While I note that some reviewers were critical of the service, we found the service friendly and prompt. We will be happy to return when next at Sunshine Beach.

We decided to have lunch here as it had good reviews. The lamb & chicken pitas were tasty & fresh. However if I was the owner of this cafe, I wouldn’t be happy at the level of service provided by the staff - food delivered without serviettes or cutlery, water requested never arrived and our finished plates & others around us were still sitting there when we left while 3 staff were chatting behind the counter.

I have been in this establishment on many occasions over many years and I can say it's an embarrasment for Sunshine Beach. The food is good when they can be bothered to acknowledge or serve you and on at least 3 occasions in the last 12 months I have walked out after no less than 3 people just talk amongst themselves or ignore you completely. I have said I will never go back only to be disappointed for the last time.
Please sell this business asap to people who know how to provide customer service.

Jam is tucked away in Duke St, which is the main Sunshine Beach drag and competition for patronage is fierce.
We originally tried it because the girls made a fuss of our kelpie as we were walking past. If they love dogs, it can’t be bad can it?!
The service here is awesome, friendly, informative and quick. The coffee is very good, well balanced and not too acidic. The long black on ice is fantastic on a hot day.
We are working our way through the menu but my favourite is the tropical bowl, açai style dish with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, it amazing. My wife loves the vegetable plate, the flavours really pop and the fried kale is delicious.
Whatever we get, we always add a side of bacon for the dog and she gives that 5 stars.
This is a great place to relax and watch the passing parade.
Well done guys, we will be back.

We went to Jam Cafe to order a fresh sandwiches to go. Unfortunately they didnt have any fresh only another thicker style bread which we didnt want. We were told we could have toasted sandwiches though so ordered them. After leaving the store and sat down to eat our breakfast we had sandwiches that certainly weren't day old bread toasted. They had thousands of sesame seeds on them and they were terrible. It was more like 2 crusts of bread flattened then sesame seeds added ! It would have been nice for the person to tell us about the sesames (some people as intolerant to seeds) . We dont have a dietary requirement.....just didnt like the sandwich at all. Sorry but we wont order there again. Maybe just a coffee or tea.
