We are coming to this lovely restaurant very often. And we really love it the food is fantastic the service is very attentive and warm. France par excellence!!!
Unfortunately, today's experience was something that we never experienced before and we thought it could have been avoided by better attentive, assertive or protective behavior from the restaurant staff.
We were badly harassed by a drunk customer just because we kindly asked to low the voice at the group table. The table has been so loud that we couldn't hear our own voice. We even changed the table but the customer kept coming to our table with horrible insulting statements and claimed we have been insulting to them. We tried to ignore them we apologized several times however the guest kept coming and kept harassing us.
It was a difficult situation for all of us we wanted to enjoy our evening as they wanted. Perhaps if the staff would have acted a bit more assertive and as a third party more protective of the not drunk audience, it would not have been such a nightmare evening. The shame is that despite us asking the staff didn't help us and almost acted if nothing was happening.

We dined a couple of evenings and considered the experience to be quite a few notches up on the usual fare. Service was efficient, informed and well organised, even at the busy times, with thoroughly professional staff. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, which all were of the highest standards in ingredient, production and presentation. The environment was scrupulously maintained with silence disturbed only the hubbub of satisfied fellow diners. We were drawn here by Trip Advisor reports and were not disappointed. Highly commended!

I have the French big as I am planning to tour Puligny-Montrachet vineyards and Champagne vineyards in a couple weeks time. Tripadvisor rated this as a great French restaurant and I cannot fault them. I had the gratin de fruit de mer which was exceptional and the chicken and mushroom sauce and mash that was sumptuous from the prix fixe menu and it was outstanding accompanied by some Champagne. 11/10

Really enjoyed this place. The four of us all agreed it was virtually perfect. The welcome, the food beautifully prepared and cooked. Service was attentive and friendly. The Prix Fixe was stunning value. I will definitely return, but remember to book a river view table.

We had dinner with my wife there. First surprise was the fact that the waiter was French and against all odds he was actually smiling and was very friendly. I think he was the first french waiter I've ever seen smiling. The menu has a lot of fish and seafood dishes and what we ordered was delicious. I had the sirloin stake with the bearnaise sauce (light and buttery as it's supposed to be) and my wife had the crayfish salad. We ended our dinner with a crepe Suzette and a crepe with ice cream and nutella. The place is not very big and it has a very nice atmosphere. Candlelight dinner and all.If you get a table by the back window there's also a nice view of the river. We are most definitely going to come back to this place, since the menu had other interesting items as well.
