The cottage has a pretty little stream running behind it, just a shame we didn't quite get the weather to sit in the court yard.
It was great to be able to take my dog, he loved it. They did have dog bowls there so if you forgot you could make use of them.
We all loved the fire, which we made use of every night there. It's great that they have coal and wood there set up ready to get your fire going, which is free then there after they have coal and wood outside that you can help yourself to then leave the money in a honest tin.
They have thought of most things to make your stay comfortable, tea towels, all your bedding, toilet rolls plus so much more. This means you don't need to ram your car with all those extra essential items.
We made use of the info file about the cottage but also places to visit. Ziggy loved the walk to aber falls, it was beautiful. It as made us want to return at some point and stay longer as we didn't have enough Time to do all that we wanted to do.
Quaint cottage, peaceful village location. Very well equipped, clean and full of local information. Loved the little library in the porch too! Visited Llandudno, Llanwrst, Betws-y-Coed & Conwy! We relaxed in both seating areas outside and made good use of the recycling facilities (wine bottles!!). We would return one day.
Beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our daughter and dogs. Groceries delivered by Tesco online which was brilliant as saved us the 10 minute drive to the nearest main shops.
Loved the fire, used it loads and what a great idea to enable you to buy extra items and leave the money in the tin.
We stayed for 3 nights and were very lucky with the sun shining through on cold winter days. Visited Conwy, Colwyn Bay and Betws-y-Coed.
Owners communication etc great, would definitely stay here again. Some people may not like the fact there is no shop or pub etc but for us this was part of the experience.
