“Weekend cycling stay”
Reviewed 22 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

The accommodation was quaint but roomy,it had all the mod cons, ideal for catering for ourselves if we'd had the need. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent for us, near the centre of Pickering and with Scarborough and Whitby not too far away. I would definitely book this holiday let again and will recommend it to friends and family. Well worth the money.

“Crackin' venue”
Reviewed 20 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

Five mates cycling around Pickering and the N. York Moors.
Well impressed with the property. Loads of character, nooks and crannies. The main room downstairs was massive and loads of light.
Lovely owners. Jill and her partner supplied a lovely breakfast - sausage, bacon and egg butties, fresh coffee and juice. Just the stuff to get you up the hills. Jill even baked us a cake!
Well recommend

“Everything you need and more”
Reviewed 27 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

Beautiful old farmhouse in Pickering, deceptively larger once you step inside with three double en suite bedrooms. Lovely kitchen and loads of rooms downstairs to relax in. Great welcome pack including gorgeous lemon marmalade which we brought home with us (it would be rude not to). Lots to see around Pickering and quite central for trips to Whitby, York, Scarborough etc. Owners Gill and Ivan on hand next door in the unlikely event that you should need anything. Cant recommend this property highly enough.

“Beautiful Cottage”
Reviewed 14 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Pickering is a nice market town with lot to do near by. We spent lovely day at Dalby Forest where the grand children enjoyed going ape. Plenty nearby, Whitby Scarborough and Robin Hoods Bay. So nice to go back to the cottage after a busy day plenty of room very clean nice welcome pack and Gill there making sure your stay is a happy one. Only down side is ther is a little road noise and if more than one car you have to park across the road which can be quite busy at times.
