Very nice and clean hotel, staff was friendly,
Restaurant is good but can have more food options.
over all good place. the bed in my room had wheels on it, so it was uncomfortable if moving around during sleep.

It was convenient, clean and comfortable. Caught bus 423 from terminal 5 just after 10pm which was free, we got off at compass centre which was the 4th stop and was right outside the hotel. We were picked as guest of the day which gave us a free drink, room upgrade, free fruit bowl and water in our room. Apparently they do this every day and randomly pick a guest which is a nice idea. Unfortunately as we arrived very late we didn't get to appreciate the views of the runway for very long. The room was very quite, the bed was comfortable, but the room was too warm and the fan was loud. So if you find the room too hot I would recommend allowing an hour to get the temp down before going to bed. The breakfast was good and I would recommend adding to your booking as there are no other Cafes near by. We caught the hotel hopper bus to terminal 2 the next morning which cost $4:50 ea and there is a ticket booth in the hotel lobby. It was super convenient.

It is a good bed indeed for an early flight out of LHR, easy access with airport shuttle. Clean room, but small like many Euro hotels; I had a double room which was advertised for 2 people but I say it can only accommodate 1. It serves it's purpose as a bed for the night.

Our rooms are generally complemented for the space as compared to many other hotels in the Heathrow area, we're sorry to hear that you felt the rooms were small as per your requirements. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Room is spacious with a comfortable bed. And has easy access to the airport. If you are looking for a place to stay near Heathrow Airport, this place is a good choice!

I booked this hotel for me and my friend as we were flying off to Singapore. This was the start of our holiday that we had waited to do together for 20 years.

This hotel in my view does not warrant its 4* s.

Room no 1 was horrendously noisily with building works right about me.

Room number 2 only had one bed.

Room 3 which was given at great reluctance by the desk staff as they insisted they had no other twin rooms in the hotel..... Was satisfactory. However the 2nd bed was a camp bed. Not exactly a twin room.

The room it's self was tired and shabby.

The Restaurant was ok. Basic but staff nice.

The bar in the hotel was a tent in a outside space !!!!!!

On arrival at the hotel in between all the up and down the lift as I was not offered assistance. I book a taxi for the next morning. This was cancelled a hour later as we realised the bus to T4 was easy to negotiate

At 4.30am I was woken in the room by the phone saying my taxi had arrived. (Nice one) the staff member on during the night had not read the updated sheet for the taxi service which was filled in when I cancelled an hour after arriving.

When I check out. The male staff member was rude and unhelpful. And was not apologetic for waking us at 4.30.

I would not recommend this hotel as a 4 * the reception is shiny but rest of hotel does not reflect.
