The check in process was alarming, I waited around 15 minutes while 2 people covered a desk as a coach load of people had just arrived. That aside the room was very clean and comfortable and in a great location.

Great location for an airport hotel.Staff was friendly at reception and room service.Bed is great and comfortable, room was nice and clean.Only complaint was the room furniture, which was badly damaged and in need of maintenance (i.e. the desk).

I had the opportunity to visit this excellent hotel with good rooms and excellent staff. The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport, Hounslow, Uxbridge bus stations and the city with good bus connections.
The restaurant and room service options offer good variety. The health club is well equipped.
A convenient hotel for travellers.
The renovation in the lobby area has made the ambience excellent and is truly spacious.
It was a pleasure to visit the hotel again.

Every time we go long haul this lovely hotel looks after our car. With upgraded amenities inside and secure parking out back holiday inn never fails to deliver. As a gold member we had a free upgrade on check in to an executive room . Lovely way to start our holiday !

The fire alarm went off at 5:30am. We gathered outside the hotel and no members of staff were to be seen. People were going on and out of the hotel, I even seen people in their rooms looking out the window . Parents were looking for their lost Children and elderly people were left out in the cold with nothing on but their nighties and no shoes for an hour. People were also using the lifts. No register was done to check if all the guests were present. For about half an hour no hotel staff were around.Then we seen two! They were at the front door. The woman had a speaker. Why? She never used it to inform the guests.A guest asked the man at the door of we could go back in as many people were and he said no! So why was he just watching his guests and not stopping them?This could have been a real fire. If it was a real fire lives would have been lost. Have your staff even been trained for this. I have worked in schools and school children have more organisation. The first time we heard from someone was about 30 minutes later after standing in the cold. It was the incident officer from London fire brigade. He explained the situation to us. But we could hardly hear because the staff weren't getting the guests under control or calming them: because there was no staff! I despair to think what would have happened if it was a real fire. Please, for the safety of your guests and employees, train your staff. I will never stay in a holiday Inn ever again and neither will all the people who were on my tour. And to top it off. When we checked out there was no apology what so ever. At arrival at 6pm many of the families on our tour had had their rooms given away. Please! Do something about this hotel. Make it safe for people.

Room Tip: Add some soya milk to the rooms.
