2 very avarage breakfasts here, one day the eggs weren't cooked as ordered and burned toast on 2 mornings. The sausage looked and tasted as cheap as you can get. Nice bacon though.

Thank Reeveew

Good old-fashioned dining. Food well prepared and served hot although service somewhat slow. Breakfast time which was self-service, apart from cooked, I found it strange that you had to remember to take your glass from your table to the serving table to get your juice. It would have been so much easier to have a tray of glasses besides the jugs.

Had lamb first night with honeyed parsnips and red cabbage. Every part of the meal delicious. Pork second night tender and quite hot. Enjoyed

My partner and I really enjoyed the food at Ossie Morgan's. We had tomato and basil soup for starters and for our main course the chicken passanda. This comes with rice and peshwari naan bread and was really tasty! I can't comment on the desserts as we were too full up to have any :-(. The staff who served us were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend having a meal here.

We had a delightul 4 days in Tenby recently. What we got tired of was scouting around looking for decent restaurants in the evening for a decent bite to eat. Like all cities/towns, its a chance issue, you never know what you might get except from peering at other customers plates! - tiring -We also have an issue with value for money...some are rubbish, some are decent. Ossie Morgan's is an unpretentious ground floor location in the Fourcourt Hotel on the seafront - slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the 'main drag'. The hotel has a long history in Tenby. The restaurant is a tonic! Quite large and not at all busy (when we were there, twice) - starched linen table cloths, loads of cutlery and wine glasses sporting bouffant napkins like peacocks. Menu is straight forward British basically. We had a chef's special (moi) 5 King prawns and vegetables and my wife had 'chicken something with rice' she recalls! Both were delicious and fresh, albeit I struggled with the shells and in truth I could have eaten 5 more. We watched a sudden influx of a pre-booked 10 guests - all were locals and teachers, - they knew what to expect, we assessed and they ate heartily - always a good sign. Very few waiting staff but their service was excellent , we had a long chat with the 'local' waiter who was very informative with the history of the hotel and told us about the busy theme weekends in Tenby - Iron man/Cycle races etc. All I am eluding to is this is a nice restful repast, away from the town centre and they seem to be very flexible with nice clean wholesome food. Delightful surprise also was excellent value for money, actually 'cheap'. This establishment is worth giving it a 'go'.
