Just spent 4 nights at this hotel. Hotel and room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent providing an excellent choice and was always well prepared. Staff very polite and pleasant. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here with the new owners. Had the sea view room with 4 poster bed and it was worth the extra money. The staff were lovely. As a vegetarian, it was great to see a full English breakfast on offer. Best to park in one of the NPC parks as much cheaper.

We had the downstairs bedroom in the annexe
No 18
It was dull and grubby, cleaning consisted of giving us fresh cups for tea / coffee
Breakfast was good, staff were friendly. Location hotel is excellent.
It was just the general grungy-ness of our room that let it down, we even bought mould and mildew remover spray which we used for shower - the cleaner must’ve thought the fairies had been

Nicest folks running this hotel, just took it over the week before we arrived. Room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Location was perfect, right in the water and right outside the gates of old town...
