“Plenty to see and do for all ages close to lots of activities .”

Local pub is lovely but make sure you book it can get very busy.
This cottage was great for all our family, teenagers and a three year old. There was plenty to see and do even on cold and wet days. We would book again. The cottages could do with a coat of paint but don't let that put you off.

We paid a reasonable price for the short time we spent at the property. The property is located outside a quiet village, part of a selection of purposely built holiday properties. The location is quiet and nicely located to various attractions to get the kids interested. The swimming pool and amusements to which the property has access are quite frankly rubbish. BUT as we did have a look round then came to the conclusion that are stay was not based on the amusements but on the wider location of Tenby and surrounding area. We used the property as a base to visit the surrounding area. There are many coastal towns to visit and enjoy. As far as food is concerned these are loads of places within a short drive. Supermarket and general stores not too far away too. All in all if you are coming to relax at the property and sit next to the pool then it may be a mistake. If you are coming to visit the area and use the property as a base then absolutely perfect.

“Average stay - properties need attention”

We booked a long weekend stay at this cottage during the half term week, for myself, my husband and our 7 year old daughter.

NEGATIVE POINTS
All the cottages could do with a bit of TLC outside looking drab and paint work needs attention, some of the front doors (which are stable doors) have been replaced on some of the cottages but where there should be a small window there is only a piece of wood which looks as if the door has been damaged/broken into.
Heating is only electric with a very small electric fire in the lounge to heat an open plan lounge/kitchen/conservatory dining area - not adequate enough when weather very cold.
Interior fittings are not of a cottage style at all - cheap fittings and furniture.
Bathroom is downstairs which is a bit annoying in the middle of the night with a little one.

POSITIVE POINTS
Swimming pool was a nice extra and we had it to ourselves for the two days that we used it but again the changing room/toilet need a bit of TLC
Great local pubs close by serving good food (but make sure you take a couple of torches if walking back in the dark as no footpath and with narrow lanes its a little bit worrying with a child.)
Close to some great activities for the children.
