“Great position and spotlessly clean”
Reviewed 6 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Great position next to centre and overlooking beach, the flat was really clean when we arrived and has ample heating. The garage was a bonus - we were able to drop off luggage and had a short (3-4 minute) walk to garage. My only criticism was the shower isn't great - but there is plenty of hot water for a bath.

“Breathtaking views!”

Lovely, clean apartment in an excellent location. Garage is only a short walk away.
Instructions were very clear and everything you could need is in the apartment.
Mini supermarket just around the corner along with all restaurants. We ate at The Baytree which served beautiful food in the evening and Number 25 for daytime coffee and breakfasts.
Just watch out for the seagulls when you open the windows as they are ready waiting for you.

“Clean, well-equipped, great location but a few drawbacks due to 'attic' environment”
Reviewed 15 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

There is a lot to be said for this clean, well equipped modern flatlet at the heart of Tenby, the owner of which is good humoured immediately available (when you do daft things like not read the info and know how to get out of the car park). The owner really has maxed it out.
However, you may need to cope with three glitches which are all in its name: Rooftops:
- It is several floors up in the attic of a nicely tucked away house which means some 50 steps up with cases and bags
- Heat rises from the lower floors and if you are lucky to get lovely warm weather as we did, it becomes excessively hot even with the fan and skylights open (even compared with the street temperatures) and there's no ice compartment in the fridge (you have to plug one in on the stairwell). Skylights open also meant the gulls and church clock striking interrupted sleep patterns. Mind, it was much pleasanter (and quieter!) when the street temperature fell to the lower 60s the day before we left.
- If you are a tall two-some (6') , the sloping ceilings restricts one person's entry into bed or on to the settee and there's no sitting up with a book or cuppa for either.
Light and views through skylights are obviously quite limited so, together with the excessive heat, we sadly didn't spend anywhere near as much relax time in the flat as we normally do.
Loved Tenby - stacks to do and didn't leave the little town which was buzzing and friendly wherever we went. Garage was a plus. Do read the instructions well before you go though ... remember bedding, towels ... etc. but Rooftops is quietly situated yet right next to the supermarket, shops, so you can always buy whatever you are missing!

“Small but perfectly formed”
Reviewed 5 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Lovely apartment, centrally located and just the right size for two of us. Quality furnishings and bright decor made for a great stay. Only down side was the need to use an immersion heater to heat the water for a bath but having said that the water heated pretty quickly. My 6ft 4in hubby coped OK with the very sloping ceilings. Having a garage was a definite bonus and it's only a short walk away. Great communication from the owner too. Next time we're staying in Tenby we hope Rooftops is available
