We stayed at The Woodbrea for a 3 night stay in September.
We were extremely impressed with our luxurious room which afforded us beautiful views of Ramsay town and the northern tip of the Island.
Our breakfast selections were fabulous. Great choices, all cooked freshly to order.
Lesley, Barry and Julie were perfect hosts, making us feel most welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
Many thanks for helping make our first trip to the Island a memorable one.

Stayed at The Woodbrea with my husband for a 3 night stay in August. We arrived early morning as we had flew from Liverpool and had an early morning flight. Julie showed us to our room so we could leave our bags even though she was in the middle of making it up as the previous guests had only left earlier that morning.

We were more than impressed with our luxurious room. It was beautiful with amazing views of Ramsay beach, the town and hills in the distance.

Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of choice all cooked fresh for you.

Julie was the perfect host and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a true attribute to this accommodation.

Thank you for making our first trip to this beautiful island a memorable one. We will definitely return.

It was our first visit to the TT in June this year and we couldn't have picked better accommodation. Whilst the Island is in a state of manic motorcycling, Woodbrae provided a calming and relaxing environment to unwind in. Our hosts Julie and Lesley were delightful making us feel immediately at home. Undercover garaging made my husband very happy. The breakfasts were delicious (every B&B should offer corn bread) and Julie made us fantastic bacon sandwiches to take with us to the ferry on our last day as we had an early start. If we could give more than five stars we would. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Room tip: I don't think it would matter which room you were given.

My brother and I and our wives recently returned from a 5 day visit to the Isle of Man. We were based in Ramsey and stayed at Woodbrae. A good location and the best B & B we have experienced. Very comfortable, quality accommodation, excellent breakfasts and made so enjoyable by host Julie, for which nothing was not too much trouble. An added benefit was secure undercover garaging, ideal as we were in our classic cars. Highly recommended.

This is the place to stay if you enjoy relaxed but high quality accommodation.

We arrived at this property rather later than expected, after a long but exciting final day at the TT races, and were greeted with "do let me run you down to town to pick up some supper".
Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely hosts.

And it just got better ... excellent room with luxurious bathroom, (robes and slippers provided) private lounge area, tea making facilities in room, while coffee, wine, beer and snacks on hand for a small charge in the communal area.
The evening was spent in the house lounge, chatting with other guests and the host, enjoying highlights of the TT while enjoying a refreshing glass of beer and wine.

Breakfast was a delight, with selection of breads, pastries, cereals and fruits. All followed by your choice of a cooked breakfast.
As we said our farewells and rolled out of the door (again a lift offered to the near-by town, though declined as truly felt the 10 min walk would do us good after such breakfast hospitality) we had already made our booking for next year!

Room tip: All tastefully decorated with super amenities
