Our stay at Rosemary was every bit as memorable this year as last year. Alan and Marilyn again made us most welcome, and their standards are as high as ever. We still feel that Rosemary offers the best Bed and Breakfast accommodation we have ever encountered, and no one who stays there is likely to be other than delighted. The award for the breakfasts Alan and Marilyn have received is certainly justified - they are quite delicious. We shall certainly go again within the next year.

We have just returned from our first visit to the Isle of Wight and we were not disappointed. It was made particularly memorable because of the wonderful welcome we received from Marilyn and Alan at the Rosemary Bed and Breakfast.

We spent a long time searching the Internet for a special place to stay and we have to agree on occasions we do get it wrong, but not this time! Marilyn and Alan go to great lengths to make sure that every comfort is provided during your stay and nothing is too much trouble for them. We have not stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before where so much thought has gone into all the little but important things that you may miss when you are away on holiday.

The room was lovely and provided everything that we needed for our stay, it was like "home from home". There was plenty to choose from for breakfast which was delicious and well presented. The home made cake on arrival was also delicious!

We have lots more to see on the Isle of Wight so will definitely be returning. Where will we stay? With Marilyn and Alan at the Rosemary Bed and Breakfast of course!

We were looking for a break in the Uk and decided to stay at Rosemary B&B. Marilyn and Alan were the perfect hosts and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were immaculate with lots of extras you would not get in a large hotel. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom, sewing kit, fresh fruit in the room and a breakfast fit for a king which set us up for the day.

We had a lot of laughs with Marilyn and Alan and we would not hesitate to go back and visit them once more.

If you've never considered staying in a B&B, then do try Rosemary. You won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Bedrooms are at the back and therefore very quiet ensuring a good night's sleep.

My daughter and I have just returned from a short break, staying at the Rosemary B&B and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for the wow factor, then I would highly recommend staying here.
Marilyn and Alan have a beautiful home and are the perfect hosts. They clearly work extremely hard to ensure that their guests want for nothing, during their stay. Our room was absolutely immaculate, as was the whole house and Rosemary and Alan's breakfast was superb in both choice and quality, setting us up for the whole day!
Excellent location, close to the Old Village of Shanklin, was an added bonus.
Rosemary B&B is definately worthy of it's number 1 ranking and we would not consider staying anywhere else!

Marilyn & Alan: Thank you so much for your hospitality and welcome. We had a great time!

We wanted a quiet, clean, friendly and relaxing stay away and we were not disappointed, Alan made us feel really welcome, unfortunately we didn't get to meet his wife as she was poorly at the time of our stay. We were greeted with tea and lemon drizzle cake which was delicious!! The accommodation is immaculately kept with a real cosy feel. attention to detail was very impressive, nothing was too much trouble for example, we advised before our visit that my husband is diabetic and they even brought in some diabetic jam for breakfast. On that note breakfast was superb and kept us going all day!! The beds were comfortable, the rooms had tv, dvd (with a selection of films to choose from) Complimentary drinks, a basket of fruit, sweets, biscuits, bottled water and on returning from our day out...more lemon drizzle cake!!!! To sum up great guy, great accommodation, would definitely stay again and recommend highly.

Room Tip: book in advance as you you'd be disappointed to miss out
