Had a lovely 2 night stay at sealawn. The hosts were exceptional. Made us feel very welcome, lovely people with a great sense of humour, which is a plus for me. Clean comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, and for those in our party that had special dietary requirements, their needs were met with no trouble at all. Lovely view from our room. Will definitely be returning later on in the year, when the weather's warmer. Close to shops and seaside amusements, fantastic pub next door which has a lot of live music, which is something we love. Parking outside as well which not all hotels etc offer nowadays. Big thumbs up for sealawn

Stayed for 1 night in 2 rooms. Hosts were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were both of a good size and comfortable with gorgeous sea views - If I were to stay longer I may ask for help getting hot water in the bathroom though. Breakfast was lovely. The price was extremely reasonable, especially as we were in peak season. Excellent location with pubs / food next door, a Harvester across the road and the town on your doorstop. I would definitely return and recommend to everyone.

Had a long weekend at the sealawn guest house and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in all of pàignton. Absolute fantastic location right on the seafront overlooking the green and the pier and the sea. Ian and Debbie were great hosts who couldn't do enough for there guests giving info on trips and attractions and how best to get to them etc, rooms are newly decorated with en suite with kettle tea/coffee, tv.
The sealawn has a fantastic central location right next to the spinning wheel pub and 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins to the town centre and resturants and a Wetherspoons, and nearby train and bus station, the sealawn is the best value in all of paighton with spotlessy clean rooms, free ample parking, lovely dining room with views onto the green with a superb large cooked or continental breakfast, fine wifi. Stage coach buses stop right outside for rides to paightons attractions etc.
Fully recommend the sealawn guest house

We stay every year at Sealawn guest house for the BMAD bike festival, I would like to say Ian and the team are amazing and treat you as family, this place is very clean and very welcoming, it's no wonder he is booked year to year for the festival.
If you are thinking about staying in Paignton them do not overlook this great place.

Room Tip: overlooks the sea, great place to stay, such a nice place.

Our second visit here for an annual festive at Paignton. Ian is a great host and a right laugh. Friendly and great with the guests. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and stocked with fresh towels and tea/coffee making stuff. This guest house is central for anyone wanting to visit the shops and the beach. There are quite a few stairs to climb to some rooms but I have been advised there is a special ability room if needed.
