Our room overlooked the sea and had a four poster bed. There was nothing to fault, the Landlady was very pleasant, the accommodation spotlessly clean and lovely breakfast. A bonus is that this guesthouse is just off the main Esplanade so there is no noise from traffic and just a quick walk over a little road and you are on the beach... Perfect

Room Tip: Room 3 is lovely

This was a fantastic find at what happened to be an extremely busy weekend in Weymouth. We booked the superior room with 4 poster and sea view and it didn't disappoint. The guest house was easy to find and was only a short walk into town and bars. The room was clean and bright and had tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, flat screen TV etc. The added bonus was the wonderful sea view and falling asleep and wakening up to the sound of the waves.

Linda's was extremely helpful informing us where to park the car which was only a short walk from the guest house and free. Her breakfasts were plentiful and she topped us up with extra toast, tea and coffee.

To sum up, a lovely guest house on the sea front that we would certainly return to.

My only hangup with this b&b is the noise from the traffic at the back and the soft bed. We stayed in room 9.Bit crowded as had a single and a double bed in the room. room a bit tired, but not overly uncomfortable. Breakfast good, waitress helpful and food arrived quickly. Worth a stay for a couple of days.

This B and B needs dragging into the 21st Century!!The bedroom was dreadful, mismatched decor, towels, tatty carpet(also in en suite!!),black mould growing on the wall!Unable to see tv from either bed.No milk on hospitality tray(2 days running).Unable to open the bathroom door from the inside,so friend had to pull it open from the bedroom!!!!!Not a piece of fruit or yoghurt to be seen at breakfast. However, the cooked breakfast was good.

Room Tip: Ask to see the room first if possible!
