“Excellent Accommodation”

We knew that this was going to be a good rental when we had such a professional and complete briefing from the owner.
The attention to detail is reflected in the quality accommodation.
The property is located on the Rodwell Trail, providing easy walking access across to Portland and the Town Centre of Weymouth.
The uninterrupted views over to Portland add to the good location. A beach is nearby, but we didn't visit that in December!
A short walk will take ytou to the famous Chesil Beach where a decent cafe and vistors centre is worth a visit.

Liked best: Location and quality of accommodation
Liked least: Parking can be a problem as the drive isn't designed for longer cars. but we managed just fine.

Stayed at this lovely property in Weymouth during August. I have to say, the owner Jonathan was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The property is lovely inside and out and has a fantastic view over the sea ( and great WIFI )
We didn't have the best of weather, but found plenty to do...
I would thoroughly recommend Kiama in Weymouth and would love to return again one day.

Situated quite close to the centre of Weymouth, well appointed and keenly priced. Hosts were very helpful. Lovely view out towards Portland we would recommend to all.

“Really impressive.”
Reviewed 13 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

After much researching we decided to come here for our Easter holiday, and we were not disappointed.
The property is in perfect condition, it is like home from home large tv downstairs, small one upstairs. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, separate freezer, everything is catered for.

We stayed mostly local as there is plenty to do, the Sea life centre, the beach + children's activities on the beach & the arcades & plenty small shops and places to eat (as well as a big Asda just down the road).

Overall it was a great holiday and we were sad to leave! But next time we come to Weymouth, we'll be booking here for sure.

“Quality”
Reviewed 6 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Having stayed in Weymouth several times, we had decided this year to try somewhere slightly different to our usual Brewers Quay area. So glad we made this decision. This property was quality from the start. Excellent communication from the owner meant the whole experience was flawless. Everything about this property made our stay perfect, despite the not so good weather. The view was extremely impressive and I found myself just staring out of the windows on many occasions. The facilities within the property were excellent. I even found myself doing the clothes washing there before coming home, something I don't usually do, but the access to a drying area outside (undercover fortunately due to the occasional rain) made my life so much easier. It truly felt like a home away from home. Having the cafe directly opposite just added to the whole experience and we used this cafe on a number of occasions for a lovely hot chocolate or ice cream. There was no excessive noise from this cafe and we did notice how well the owner cleared up any mess left by any patrons. We recommend any guest staying here should partake of their cream teas too, delicious. Also of note, literally 5 minutes walk down the road there is a soft sandy beach, gently sloping. Ideal for children and at low tide perfect for rock pooling. Within easy reach there is a nice Chinese restaurant/take away and a little further a very good fish and chip shop. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this holiday home and we will hopefully be returning ourselves.
