Great Location, 100yards from Wednesday Market with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars and an M&S food store, few hundred from Minster, station and Town Centre. Flat on ground floor of early 19th century house, on quite a busy road but quiet inside, with small but pleasant outside space. Quite spacious, comfortable and well equipped. But too much chintz for our taste, see pictures, it's full of stuff, but you can move it to clear surfaces. Parking permit very helpful and excellent welcome pack. Owner very responsive on queries.
Only negative, bedroom smelt foisty, particularly wardrobe and window could not be opened. Would stay again if returned to Beverley, a beautiful and enjoyable town.

Management Response

Hi Peter many thanks for your review, glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry you couldn't get the window open, they were replaced a year ago but due the period of the property being Listed we could only replace with timber and top opener so I fully understand it's tricky opening it without standing on a chair. I'll try leaving an air freshener in the wardrobe, again it's an antique piece of furniture more in keeping than a new one but of course I'll give that a go! Welcome back soon I hope and once again thank you for your valued review, kindest regards Sue
