Just returned home following our sixth wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we really wanted for nothing.
Dan and his team really looked after us, with their attention to detail being impeccable
We stayed overnight in room 16, which in itself was lovely. And being at the back of the hotel was really quiet.
If my wife and could give six stars we would.......
If you have a special occasion, and want to celebrate in style, Tickton Grange is that place.......

We held our wedding reception here, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and large. Our honeymoon suite was lovely, the staff couldn’t have done enough for us to make our day even more special. Kelly was our waitress for our event, she was warm, friendly, very attentive, and showed great care when one of our guests took I’ll. we can not recommend this hotel enough, and we will be back for a meal and also out Anniversary next year!

We joined my siblings and their spouses for a Sunday evening special offer - bed, breakfast and evening meal at a reduced rate - and had a lovely time. The hotel was smart and well-looked after, and our room (No 8 - The School Room) excellent. Service was considerate, professional and unobtrusive, with a number of nice touches such as chocolates on the pillow, Nespresso coffee machine in the room, and remembering we had asked for fresh milk and providing it again without being asked. The staff were unfailingly polite and friendly. The food was top quality and well presented. Highly recommended.

Room tip: Ask whether there is an event on when you plan to stay and, if so, ask for a room well away from the function room.

A friend and I booked 2 small double rooms ready for a business meeting in Beverley. My room (number 1) was, as forewarned, small (but perfectly adequate) but it had a very large and beautifully clean and well presented bathroom (with a separate shower cubicle with a wonderfully powerful shower). The bed was extremely comfortable; good quality linens and room furnishings were provided. There were nice touches, such as the fine China tea set with a good range of coffee and tea and the nicely presented flapjacks. The toiletries and bath salts were beautiful.
The decor around the hotel was of a high standard and the restaurant was furnished and presented to a high standard. We were only able to find time to have breakfast at the hotel but it was delicious, cooked to order with an additional choice of self serve items, such as berries, fresh juices in individual bottles, yogurts etc. Coffee was served in a cafetiere.
The staff were lovely and professional. The lady on reception escorted us personally to our rooms, something I have not experienced before other than with a bell boy.
The grounds were nice, plenty of parking and only a 5 minute drive into Beverley.
In short, a well run and quality boutique hotel and somewhere I'd like to return to.
