The hotel is an historic one, well-located and the staff are very friendly. Our only disappointment was that the only disabled-friendly room was located at the other end of the courtyard, across flagstones which were very uncomfortable for a wheelchair user. Our room was very large, almost a suite, with a large bathroom.
Breakfast was served until 9:30, but we noticed staff were not always aware of things they should have been. Two mornings my husband had to find someone to refill the empty orange juice container, and one morning a gentleman came in at 9:00 and sat for some time, finally going in search of someone to take his order. Finding no one, he came back and sat down again. He hadn't been served when we left. The staff were all very pleasant, possibly some more training would be helpful.More
