“Lovely Seaside Cottage,”
Reviewed 18 June 2018 for a stay in June 2018

Myself, husband and 2 small children had a great stay in this lovely cottage, very clean, well equipped kitchen. Lots of little extras, tea, coffee, sugar, books, cards, buckets & spades, colouring and children's games. Owners were kind and left us milk, croissants and cereals. Free Wifi. Owners very friendly, contacted us on arrival and during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Stairs are very steep, but owners have fitted stable door on second bedroom to act as a stair gate, which worked perfectly for our daughter. Really nice big garden with garden furniture, BBQ also available but we didn't use it this stay. It was lovely to listen to the sea whilst sitting on the gardens swing bench. You can see the sea from front room and bedroom windows. Within 5 minutes you can be on the large sandy beach, we even saw some seals swimming just off the shore.

“Ideally situated cosy cottage with views of and easy access to beach and sea.”
Reviewed 14 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

All that you need here for a comfortable and convenient holiday next the Scratby beach and only 4 miles from the family friendly amenities of Great Yarmouth.

Apart from the cottage itself, a particular feature is the private, well sheltered garden with BBQ equipment, table and chairs and a Swing seat. When you have had enough sun sea and sand this is a great tranquil retreat.
Another thoughtful extra provided by friendly owners Rachel and Simon was a stock of wine, beers, milk and Croissants - much appreciated.
