“Excellent accommodation and superb position”
Reviewed 20 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

Wonderful week. Some lovely weather House fully equipped warm and well furnished,
Great to be so close to the sea and to visit the area. Enjoyed Southwold pier, Dunwich heath and Africa Alive. Elderly disabled mother in law was so pleased with her space on the ground floor. Our little granddaughters enjoyed every minute

“Very well equipped house, within very easy reach of buggy accessible beach”
Reviewed 31 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

This is the best equipped house we have stayed in, worked very well for our family of 3 young children including a wheelchair user, and 3 adults. At night with the window open you can hear the waves, and the beach is very accessible and there is plenty to do in the area. The owner was also very understanding with our extra need of oxygen deliveries prior to our arrival.

Just spent a week in this property, 5 adults for some of the time, including mother who celebrated 94th birthday. She found the downstairs bedroom and bathroom very convenient.
We all enjoyed the spacious accommodation, particularly lounge and separate sun lounge. If some didn't want to see TV, the sun lounge was a lovely alternative. Always plenty of hot water. Bed linens, cooking pots and pans, crockery, all were high quality and plentiful. The views were lovely and the location is perfect for coastal walks. Very quiet area.
Would certainly return and recommend it.
