Had a meal here this evening. Great service from Joseph, Harry and young lady. Starter arrived 2 minutes after ordering. Main course 2 minutes after starter finished. Lamb kleftiko and lamb souvlaki were both delicious and huge portions. Lovely red wine recommended by Joseph. Superb meal and good value for money. No hesitation recommending this restaurant. Yamas...

We visited on a quiet Tuesday night.... we were made feel extremely welcome by both members of staff that were working. They were both very professional. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside, really relaxing atmosphere I can't say enough good things!!!
To top it off the food was amazing with a perfect amount of time between courses. To conclude, if you fancy a great meal in fantastic settings go to The Olive Tree!

Took a client for a Friday lunch on a sunny afternoon and we sat outside. The atmosphere was great, we were served promptly and efficiently and the choice of food is excellent. I ordered a Greek Salad as a main and received the smallest bowl of salad I have ever seen, smaller than a soup bowl. There was no dressing either and when I asked for dressing, the server emphasised that I could have the 'extra dressing' for no extra cost. However, both my client and a colleague had excellent meals. A slightly disappointing day for me, but I would recommend the restaurant anyway.

Hello Kim H,

Thank you very much for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the portion size of the salad you ordered. Be sure to remind us of your experience next time you return and we shall endeavour to provide you with exactly what you request!

We are glad to hear that you would recommend us despite this mishap and we hope this does not prevent a return visit!

Many Thanks,
The Olive Tree Team

We were all soaked to the skin thanks to the lovely British weather, but we got a warm welcome. Decor is pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are downstairs which was a bit awkward with a two year old, but to be fair i did not ask if there was a toilet/baby change upstairs.

In terms of food the menu looks fairly large, but we opted for the Sunday roast dinner. Rare roast beef, yorkshires, spice parsnips, broccoli, garlic mash, creamed leeks, cauliflower cheese and roast potatoes. Everything was incredibly tasty, with a slight spiced twist. The veggie among us had the vegetarian souvlaki, which was great, except some of the halloumi was a little overcharred. My granddaughter had a kids meal of fish goujons with chips, and yoghurt and berries to follow.

We would definitely return to the Olive Tree Brasserie if in Lytham St Annes again.

Bewildergirl,

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us a review. We are really glad that you loved our Sunday dinners and enjoyed the twist of spice we give them.
We do apologise that you were not informed about the toilet we have located upstairs with child changing facilities.
We are so happy you had a good dining experience and we really hope to see you again soon.

Thank you,

The Olive Tree.

What a great find. The Olive Tree is on the edge of the main town but not far from the seafront. Absolutely ideal for anyone looking for a place to eat away from the pubs and bars that provides a perfect restaurant experience. The food is great, well priced and served by pleasant staff.

We will definitely be back next time we are Lytham.
