Just spent one night here as we were attending a family party in Ross on Wye. Our room on the top floor was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. We had a a reasonable night's sleep, but we did hear some street noise and late night revellers outside the hotel. Our room was at the front of the hotel, so would probably request a room at the back of the hotel when we stay here again, which we will undoubtedly do so in the future.
Breakfast was excellent and all the staff we came across were friendly, courteous and professional. The hotel is centrally located in the town and is very quaint and full of history. The stairs are uneven and a bit precarious, so may not be suitable for people who have difficulty walking.
We look forward to staying here again.More
