This is our second visit to 14 Courtenay Street and it was just as good as we remembered. This time we had two kids, so it wasn't quite as relaxing, but hte property had everything we needed for two under three year olds.
The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of Salcombe - so close to the town, we were able to walk to the fantastic bakery each morning.
The property has all the facilities we needed as well as feeling homely and comfortable. The kids loved the garden and the view of the boats in the estuary from the living room.
The car parking pass was greatly appreciated and used at all the beaches we went to and also the two occasions we visited Totnes.
The owner is excellent at communicating and responding to questions as well as leaving lots of information to read at the property.
We hope to return again to 14 Courtenay Street in the near future as it's a firm favourite now with our family.More
