Had lunch here with the family during the Easter holidays. It had a nice ambiance and is a good sized pub that has good decor and is equally great for both business meetings and social occasions. The menu is quite extensive with plenty to choose from. Prices are very reasonable with 5 main meals, 3 desserts and 5 soft drinks costing a total of £76.10 The food was certainly good (I had the mixed grill) but I would not say it was 'very' good. Service could also have been better, that is more attentive, and so again I would say this was 'Average'. In summary this was a pleasant lunch with the family and it was good value, but I have had better pub meals.
