The staff here are friendly, food was half decent but it's a shambles. It needs a good clean and a revamp.
Such a prime location, it could be a lot better. Shame

Being in a relatively good location is pretty much all this place has going for it.

The entrance is horrible, it feels like you are breaking into somewhere and the doors are heavy and a nightmare for little kids and pushchairs. There is rarely anyone on the desk to let you in, and the entry system is fiddly, unfriendly and old fashioned.

The layout is poor. It is dark and feels grubby. In fact I'd go as far as saying dirty. The toilets aren't very nice and were dirty when we went. They are also in different ends of the building for male/female and are not really child friendly at all. And if for some reason you unfortunately find yourself in this dump please don't eat there. The menu is shocking unhealthy and limited - the food was grim - even the tea was bad. There is no sign of hygiene standards or certificates.

And for all that it isn't even reasonably priced. Just a big no. Will not be going back, ever.

Put simply it's dark, poorly maintained and the staff are more interested in messing around than taking note of what is happening. Over priced admission and refreshments with the added feeling of unease at seeing children upset and pushing each around to get their turn meant we won't ever visit again.

Visited with my 3 yr old. £5.00 for her and £0.50 for me! The place is really grubby with sticky seats and tables. The floor is filthy. The slides and all of the play equipment look as though they've never been cleaned or serviced, the ball pit has very few balls, one layer if you are lucky. Next to that is an area with large balls. The rubber mats on the floor don't meet and my little one fell and hit her head on the hard carpeted floor. The area set aside for babies is full of broken toys and the toilets need to be condemned. The "owner" has her own child running loose and at her own admission she was prevented from serving hot food by the department of health, something about the water not being hot enough! The department of health needs to look at the whole place. It's such a shame as little ones love soft play and the place could be so good. I won't visit again unless it is sorted out.

This should be great right inside the shopping centre but although the staff were friendly the place has a tired run down feel, very poor lighting and everywhere somewhat shabby. The ladies toilets are far away from the main play area which is strange as its mainly Mums and Grans there....coffee area very messy but the children had an ok time.
