First of all, if you are having food delivered put away that clock. It's a calendar you will need.
The 45 mins or 60 mins quoted delivery time is a Zen time, and has no correlation to actual delivery time. Typically 90 minutes, but I have had to wait up to two hours.
This occasion the food was mainly inedible.
The satay chicken skewers had been chipped of some sort of case hardened concrete bunker. Dry. Old. Cold. Solid. Binned.
The beef meal was cold. And reheated Chinese never tastes nice.
The chicken dish was very greasy. My wife could not eat it. Also binned.
The rice was very good, and had lots of flavour. But rice does not constitute a dinner for two on it's own.
So we ended up with home made omlettes. We could have done these 2 hours previously and saved ourselves £20+
What a disgrace.
