We had a room on the harbour and it was worth the extra as we also had our own balcony so we're able to take full advantage of the excellent June weather. The room was a little small but the wardrobe offered lots of hanging space and the bed being a super was very comfy.
We opted for a rate to include a bottle of presseco on the first night which also included breakfast for every day of our stay which was the best deal - one to look out for.
We dined in the restaurant on the first night but found it rather restrictive but there are plenty of restaurants around for choice.
The car park is quite small you need to time your arrival well or you may have to head into town to park

We had a splendid time in this beautiful Art Deco hotel!
We had a beautiful view of the harbour and the room itself was very nice and clean.
The bathroom is great, there a window so you can take a bath while enjoying the view of the harbour!
The breakfast was superb, with gluten free and dairy free options!
Staff is lovely, welcoming and very helpful
I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed every minute of our overnight stay, from the moment we rocked up in our car (which was parked for us) to the speedy checkout and farewell! Every member of staff made sure we had all we needed - without exception!

The hotel is located right on the harbour with plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk and the town centre is close by. I would consider eating at the restaurant next time, it looked nice! And breakfast is table service with high quality ingredients (the eggs tasted free range!) and not a trough of bacon in sight!

Our town-facing room was quiet, comfortable and nicely designed. With real coffee, extra toiletries, and a quick phone call from reception to check all was as we expected in the room!

A lovely stay!

Very relaxing stay for us (couple) and our two grown up children. Great ambiance, two spacious rooms with comfortable beds, armchairs, fantastic bathroom and great views of the harbour. Good breakfast too. Will go for longer next time to allow for a half day in the spa. Highly recommended.

This boutique style hotel is great place to stay while in Suffolk,we stayed in the sail loft on the fourth floor with a marina facing room which was well appointed.
A useful tip don't sleep with the windows open because and it's not a criticism of the hotel there is a lot of external noise early in the morning so use the air conditioning.
Breakfast was very good served by friendly staff.
Room and breakfast £250appx
