needs a bath mat in bath, i had a fall, needs a stool at dressing table, central heating played up. we like the area, and parking, but found the bits and pieces that were wrong, made it feel like a bad day at home,only you could not put them right, no one to refer to.

We note your comments which we find disappointing as this is your third stay in the cottage. We are aware that a stool for the dressing table is desirable but finding one to match is proving difficult. We also make it clear in all our paperwork and on notices in the property that guests should telephone us straight away if the remote control heating is not to their requirements as we can rectify this in minutes. Unfortunately some guests do try to adjust it themselves which can cause problems. As soon as we saw your text we did put it right for you and checked with you that it was satisfactory.

A lovely little cottage with everything we needed and very convenient with a local shop and the beach close by.. Easy parking which is not always available with rental cottages.

Sunset Cottage is ideally situated close to the west shore of Llandudno and is a 10 minute walk to Llandudno itself. Enjoyed some lovely coastal walks and took different routes to the summit of the Great Orme. Amazing views on the way up. The cottage is also an ideal base for those wanting to visit the many attractions Wales has to offer in the surrounding areas. Even if you don't have a car the train station is in Llandudno and there are buses to surrounding areas from the West Shore, There is a chip shop and local store 2 minutes from the property. The chip shop is well worth a visit
The property itself is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Sunset cottage is also decorated with style and has some lovely finishing touches. I loved the Star light shade on the landing and the crystal hanging from the curtain rail in the lounge/dining room. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoying our stay at Sunset Cottage. Very comfortable apartment in a good position only 10 minutes walk to Llandudno. Really good value for money as nothing else was really needed (except for towels).

Had a wonderful 5 days/4 nights in a great location within walking distance of both beaches. Very helpful owners with a lovely place to offer. Would definitely recommend.
