Stayed at this beautiful property for a second time, very clean and tidy, great location being close to both Llandudno and Rhos on Sea with local services at the bottom of the hill in Penryhn Bay, great place as a base to walk and explore, really enjoyed our visit, will return again !
Situated just on the edge of Llandudno, a spacious property that ticked all of our boxes - including safe parking for the car (it's not small), Wi-Fi to connect to the office and of course plenty of room for the kids and the mother-in-law. We did our homework of "street view" and a satellite view (needed as it is nicely tucked away behind some other properties) before booking - and this made finding it easier on arrival. We were greeted by the owner, shown around and things explained. Nothing prepared us for the exceptional sea view from the elevated position (a note - any photos of the view don't do justice to what you can see in person, both at day and at night - both with and without the binoculars handily found in the living room). Help was always on hand (a problem with the Wi-Fi was quickly sorted out). We were blessed with great weather (it only seemed to rain at night) so we didn't make as much use of the games and DVD collection as we might have needed (but I still managed to fit in a few quite recent releases myself). If we return to Llandudno we'd book up here in an instant.
Wow ! This is a stunning holiday rental; amazing views in all directions but especially across the bay, peaceful and quiet and beautifully furnished in a modern and comfortable style. Lovely bedrooms and fantastic shower.
Wonderful added extras like the table football game completed our stay.
Ann is friendly and helpful when needed but not intrusive. Thank you so much.
The house has a comfortable living area and has 3 good sized bedrooms and great parking, so no sense of crowding despite taking my sister (with her separate car) along with my wife and two teenage children (in my car). The two excellent views from the balcony include the Little Orme and Penrhyn/Colwyn Bays. Before coming, I was concerned that access up the one way lane from Pendre Road might be awkward, but it is a short section of lane and I encountered just one other vehicle over a week, with no difficulty sorting that out. We liked having a pub just down the lane in Penrhynside and a Coop store not far in Penrhyn. Unless you feel you simply must stay in Llandudno itself, I would recommend this place wholeheartedly.
This was our second visit to Bay View. Ann is always very helpful and accommodating and the house is immaculate and a real home from home. We had the added bonus of great weather and spent a few evenings in the Cross Keys where we received a warm welcome. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the local chinese restaurant - much recommended. This will definitely not be our last visit to this lovely house x
