The cottage was easy to find with beautiful, magnificent views. Ann met us at property and was really friendly and helpful. All the bedrooms are of good size and the bungalow is fully equipped with everything you could need. The only thing I would say is that there is a flight of stairs leading down to garage but with no lock on the door it became a bit of a concern that our 3 year old would manage to open the door. That is the only suggeation I would make to Ann-perhaps a bolt on the door out of reach of children? Otherwise it was perfect and we will hopefully book again for next year.

2 reviews “Exceptionally comfortable bungalow from which to explore this beautiful area”
We had a wonderful week walking and bird watching. Bay View was a perfect base - warm, clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. The safe and secure parking was a real bonus. We enjoyed the stunning views from the bungalow and the nightly illuminations! We would definitely want to return and have already recommeeeended Bay View to family and friends.

lovely views cosy ,lovely bungalow ,lots of parking
nothing is to much trouble (thanks ann)
great place to get to llandudno , bangor ,ect
lots to do local the zoo , the pier
