The dirtiest hotel room ive ever seen. We try to book direct to be fair to the hotel and pay full price. Could have got the room for 70 using apps. Ended up paying 120......??? Staff was nice. It's a shame the rooms are so disgusting.

Nice area to explore! Shame about car parking, very limited, Lots to explore that might not be advertised like Happy Valley & the toll road around the Great Orme,
Lovely café at Happy Valley. Staff in hotel were very friendly & the breakfast was wholesome,

This was a one night stay for myself, a friend visiting from away and my dog. The welcome was delightful and my dog was fussed over. Our room was up two flights of stairs (still don't know whether or not there is a lift) and it was clear that several people had dogs with them judging by the barks and snuffles as we passed.

The room was clean, roomy and contained all that we needed. A spotless bathroom was also quite spacious.

Breakfast was taken in the dining room with views over the bay - not sure what they do with the mushrooms but they didn't look particularly appetising. Everything else was fine. During a recent stay at another dog-friendly establishment in Llandudno breakfast came with a sausage wrapped in foil for the four-legged guest. It was a small touch but much appreciated - perhaps Headlands might consider a similar action.

Jeanette the night clerk at this hotel was lovely. She was very helpful in locating a good restaurant in this busy resort area. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet with wonderful views of the beach and town. I wish we had stayed longer!
