This property is very conveniently located near the centre of Llandudno. There are plenty of eating establishments close-by. We can recommend the Tribells fish & chip shop, just around the corner, and you can get a good, cheap feed (and drink) at Wetherspoons restaurant nearby. You can easily walk to the beach, the pier and the bottom station of the Great Orme Tramway.

The accommodation is very well maintained and Mrs Hughes is very friendly and responsive to requests.

There is a small sheltered courtyard which is ideal if you have a smoker in the party!

Just returned from a week at Mrs Hughes cottage with our grandchildren. Had a lovely week the cottage had everything you could want and was very comfortable and clean. A lovely welcome tray was provided by Mrs Hughes with bara brith and tea. She has also very kindly posted on a pair of shorts left behind by our youngest granddaughter. In a quiet street but close to the town, beach, pier and great orme we highly recommend a stay here. Thank you again Mrs Hughes.

“Home from home, generous accomodation centrally located with a warm welcome.”

Homely house, where we stayed for one week with our grown up family. The house is a tardis, with generous bedrooms, well equipped and centrally located for shops, and easy access to the sea front. Mrs Hughes gave us a warm welcome and we enjoyed the welsh cakes.
We are seasoned visitors to Llandudno and once again enjoyed its charms.

“Comfortable and homely.”
Reviewed 21 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We stayed at this holiday accomodation in September for one week. The property is very comfortable and Mrs Hughes is always on hand to answer any questions and is very friendly in her manner.

The property is centrally located which is ideal for exploring Llandudno as a whole. We really did enjoy our stay.

How easy was it to book the property? How helpful were the directions to the property?
How easy was key pickup/access to the property?
