“Stunning views but accommodation requires a thorough clean”

This cottage has spectacular views but is in need of some TLC, it is not suitable for wheelchair users, the downstairs bed is lumpy and uncomfortable and the downstairs bathroom is a little awkward as you have to climb 3 steps then bend down when inside to lock the door, so this is not really a walk in shower, it needs a good clean throughout, grimey in the kitchen, toenail in the upstairs bathroom and red alga on the tiled walls, bin half full in the kitchen and freezer full with opened packages, cobwebs aplenty, they also need to clean down the sides of the sofa's as you never know what may be down there especially if you have young children, the upstairs shower leaked into the hall, I would call this cottage quirky, but I would say that if they updated this place and cleaned it thoroughly it would deserve the 4 stars, ample parking, dog friendly and the views as I said are fantastic (I have ticked "poor" on Overall customer service due to the fact that we tried to contact the owners but they had been away and did not respond for 2 days) and I have only give 3 stars but with better cleaning and updating this would get 5 from me.

We enjoyed our stay at Ravens Lodge. It is beautifully situated and extremely well equipped and clean. I suppose it could do with a bit of updating but then the price would have to reflect this!!!

This is a comfortable, well equipped house with fantastic views over Llandudno Bay and Conwy. Plenty of car parking space and a pleasant garden to sit in. The bedrooms are comfortable with a fully equipped bathroom and separate shower room and toilet downstairs. Also has separate dining room and conservatory. There were eight of us staying and it was plenty big enough, a bonus was it accepted our dog as well. Situated half way up the Great Orme it is a bit of a climb but the tram is handy. Would love to revisit as the area is very friendly. The coffee, milk etc was a welcome touch.
