After holding our Staff christmas party at the Langham we found the meal to be well above the quality usually found at these occasions so we felt that the restaurant food would probably be excellent. After returning a few months later we were not wrong.

We asked to sit in the conservatory part of the restaurant overlooking the sea. The table was set with lovely crisp linen and sparkling cutlery.

We had the set price lunch which was reasonably priced. There was a comprehensive choice on the menu with the option to upgrade if required.

The staff were attentive and helpful. A lovely way to spend a sunday lunchtime.

We have also popped there on various occasions for a bar lounge lunch which was also very nice, especially if the weather is nice enough to sit on the outside terrace.

After a unanamous vote we have re-booked our staff christmas party at the Langham for this year.

We were very impressed by our spacious room. It was clean and well equipped. The views were fanatastic, it was so nice to wake up and see the sea through the large windows.
We had complimentary port and whisky so it was a real treat to sit at the well placed chairs by the windows and enjoy our drink!
We have a young son and the staff were always keen to help to warm his food etc.

My only negative comment would be the breakfast which was very nice but seemed to be rationed!! its not self service so they obviously make sure they control the portion sizes.
Overall a very lovely break in an extremely nice hotel.

Situated on the seafront on the east side of the Pier. Rooms at the front have gorgeous sea views. Views at the back of hotel not so great. Staff are lovely, friendly, helpful, efficient. The manager is a gem. Attentive, friendly, has an eye for detail, genuinely makes you feel like you matter and your quality of stay is important to him. The food......OMG, amazing!!! It comes out hot, beautifully presented and so so wonderful to eat. The room I had, although at the back and very lacking in view, was clean, comfortable, very nice bathroom and had tea making facilities and tv.The decor was contemporary and in good order. I had a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with bedside cabinets. My room was a twin room. Some of the wedding party did say their rooms were on the small side and had small bathrooms. I would absolutely stay there again. The breakfast was lovely. Full English with rack of toast, pot of coffee or tea and fruit juice or a continental. I had full a full English which was plenty and came out hot and nicely presented.

Room Tip: If you want a more spacious room, ask for it. I had no issues with noise at all. The rooms with the...

The rooms are date and remind me of student accomodation- nothing like the recently renovated ones on their website. Service was great but could not make up for the very disappointing rooms.

An excellent week's stay in this hotel. The service was first class with friendly, efficient staff. The hotel is gradually being refurbished generally but we found no fault with our, as yet, unfurbished room! The views were perfect, the room clean and comfortable and the housekeeping speedy and thorough. This was a bowls' tour tour of 40 or so people so our dining was of necessity limited but we had adequate choice and the food was well cooked, well presented and efficiently served by friendly waiters and waitresses. Our final dinner was a tour de force!

Room Tip: I have no idea! Ask perhaps?
