A romantic tropical resort set amongst coconut plantations, on the beach, with gorgeous pools and little bridges. The staff are excellent and the food is very good.
More railings are needed for older people to feel safe on stairs and bridges. A shuttle
bus takes one to the nearest township (35 mins) for retail therapy, needed when it rains, as 4 of the 8 days we had heavy monsoon weather. There is a small library of
tourists' books left behind, in various languages, and a computer. It is advisable to take
books along, unless one is on honeymoon, or card games, as one could feel isolated.
The de-luxe room with views on the pools and sea, with a sheltered balcony, is very
nice, even in the rain. My granddaughter says that she wants to come back here on her honeymoon (she is 18 and loves Asia and its people, as I do too)More
